AI in the CRM and customer service
The CRM and the support inbox hold everything your customers have said and asked for. We connect an AI to them so the sales and support teams find their work ready, on HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Freshdesk or the same shared inbox as always.

What we do
Every deal, summarized
What was discussed, what was promised and what the next step is, without rereading the whole history before calling.
Drafted replies
Reply drafts written from your history and your terms, so whoever handles the request reviews and sends instead of writing.
Tickets, classified
Each ticket understood and routed to the right person, with the priority it deserves. Urgent ones stop getting lost among the rest.
Follow-up that isn’t forgotten
Proposals with no reply, renewals coming up, customers who have been quiet for too long. Alerts to whoever has to act on them.
What it looks like in practice
- A salesperson opens the customer record and finds, right at the top, three lines on what has happened and what to do today.
- The support inbox gets 80 emails a day, and each one reaches the right person already classified, with a draft reply ready.
- On Monday morning, sales management gets the list of deals that are going cold, before it’s too late.
What you need
- A CRM or a support tool with an API, or at least a shared inbox.
- Response rules someone can explain: what gets promised, what doesn’t, how to talk to the customer.
- A team willing to review the draft rather than send it blindly.
A case
Industrial supplies distributor
- What was there
- A sales team that had never used AI, with knowledge spread across the CRM, internal documents and a catalog of hundreds of items.
- What we did
- AI connected to the CRM, the documents and the live catalog; training for the whole team and a prompt handbook for salespeople. Meeting briefs and proposals in minutes.
How is AI used in a CRM or in customer service?
Sanfeliu connects AI to the CRM and the support tool a company already uses—HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or a shared inbox—so the team finds its work already prepared: each opportunity summarized with the next step, reply drafts based on the history and the company’s terms, each issue sorted and sent to the right person, and alerts about unanswered proposals or upcoming renewals. A person reviews and sends; the AI never talks to a customer on its own unless the company decides it should.
- Common tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and shared Gmail or Outlook inboxes.
- Requirement: API access to the tool, or at least to the email inbox.
- The AI prepares; the team reviews and sends. Everything is logged in the CRM.
- First step: a free fit session; then an audit with a fixed quote.
- Case: for an industrial distributor, AI connected to the CRM, the documents, and the catalog, plus training for the sales team.
Questions we get asked
- How much does it cost to add AI to a CRM?
- We quote per feature, at a fixed price, after the audit. Before that, a free fit session to find out whether your CRM and your volume justify it.
- Will the AI reply to customers on its own?
- Only if you decide it should. By default it drafts and sorts; a person reviews and sends. It can be fully automated for specific cases (receipt confirmations, frequently asked questions) once the team trusts it.
- Does it work with HubSpot / Salesforce / Zendesk?
- Yes, with any tool that has an API. It also works with a shared Gmail or Outlook inbox if you don’t have a CRM.
- What happens to customer data?
- It stays in your CRM. The AI accesses it with limited permissions and, for each task, sends only what that task needs, to providers under enterprise agreements that don’t train on your data.
- Does it make sense for a small team?
- It makes sense when there is volume: dozens of tickets or opportunities a day. With less, an existing tool is usually the better choice; we’ll tell you in the fit session.
How we work
Let’s start by seeing if we’re a fit.
Eight questions and a call. Free, and we tell you what we think even if the answer is no.
It’s a call with the engineer who would lead the project, not with a salesperson.
