2The second step, for the whole business
The audit: where it’s worth going in, and where it isn’t.
When what you want isn’t a tool but a look at the whole business—AI in the ERP, integrations, more than one system involved—the second step isn’t a prototype: it’s the audit. Fieldwork at your company: how you work, where the hours get lost, what data there is and what state it’s in, and where software, automation and AI can improve it. It ends in a phased roadmap that is yours.
For one specific tool, the second step is a prototype with your data, before any price. Path A, in How we work
What’s inside
- Sessions with the people who do each process, not just with whoever manages it.
- A map of how you work now: who does what, with which tool and where it gets stuck.
- The data you have, where it is and what state it’s in. It’s usually the surprise.
- Where software, automation and AI can come in, ordered by what’s most worth doing.
- The proposed architecture for each item, and what it means for the systems you already have.
- A phased roadmap with a fixed price for each phase. You choose which ones, and in what order.
- What is NOT worth doing, and why. It’s usually the most useful part.
And then, the roadmap is yours
With us
Each phase is built under the roadmap’s fixed price and delivered working, with the code in your name. At the pace you decide: one phase and, when the time comes, the next.
On your own
You pay for the audit and nothing else. The roadmap, the architecture and the reference prices are yours to build with your own team or with anyone you choose.
With training
If your own team builds it, we train them: what needs to be built, how and with which tools, phase by phase.
What it costs
€800VAT not included. It’s deducted from the first phase if you build it with us. If not, the roadmap is yours all the same.
Why it has a price
Because it’s real work, and because it filters. A paid audit gets requested by people with a problem that costs them money; everyone else has already been helped enough by the fit call.
Let’s start by seeing if we’re a fit.
Eight questions and a call. Free, and we tell you what we think even if the answer is no.
It’s a call with the engineer who would lead the project, not with a salesperson.
