1The first step
Let’s start by seeing if we’re a fit.
Before any quote, a short questionnaire and a call. It tells us three things: whether what you need is what we do, whether we’re the right provider for you, and where to start. It’s free.
How it works
- 1
Eight questions
Three minutes. About the company, the systems you have and the process that eats up your hours.
- 2
A call
Short, by phone or video. You book it yourself on the calendar when you finish the questionnaire.
- 3
A clear answer
We’re a fit, and here’s how we start. Or we’re not, and here’s who you can turn to.
The questionnaire
Three minutes. About the company, the systems you have and the process that eats up your hours.
Thank you. Now, the call.
Pick a time on the calendar. Your answers come through with the booking, so the call starts with us already knowing what we’re talking about.
From what you’ve told us, a custom project may be too big for you right now. We’ll tell you on the call, and if so, we’ll tell you what we would do in your place.
If you’d rather not book now, send us your answers by email and we’ll call you.
Questions we get asked
- Why is it free?
- Because it filters both ways. You find out whether it’s worth continuing, and we find out whether the project is the kind we do well. One call saves all of us a quote that would go nowhere.
- What happens if we’re not a fit?
- We tell you on the call, and we tell you what we would do in your place: a tool that already exists, another provider, or waiting.
- And if we are?
- The next step is a prototype: a working demo with your data, before any price. If what you want is to look at the whole business—AI in the ERP, integrations, more than one system involved—it’s the audit: it has a price, it ends in a phased roadmap, and the roadmap is yours, whether you build it with us or on your own.
- Who will we talk to?
- The engineer who will lead the project if it goes ahead. There’s no salesperson first and a technician later. You’ll find who that is on the About us page.
