6After handover
A living project doesn’t end on the day it’s handed over.
What we build keeps going: the servers, the backups, each month’s small change and whatever comes up from using it. There are two kinds of continuity, because a website or a tool isn’t the same as the whole business: monthly plans for the first, and a phased roadmap for the second.
Websites and tools
| Plan | What’s included | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Base | Hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, fixing any bug in what we built, and email support within two business days. | €39 per month |
| Campaign | Everything in Base, plus getting each campaign ready (catalog, prices, dates, copy), up to three small changes a month and same-day support. It can be taken for campaign months only. | €99 per month |
| Evolution Recommended | Everything in Campaign, plus one improvement a month to grow the tool: new campaigns, online payment, a second store or a monthly report. | €179 per month |
Custom software, integrations and automation
Here continuity isn’t a plan: it’s the phased roadmap that comes out of the audit, with a fixed price for each phase. It moves phase by phase, at the pace you decide, and you can build each phase with us or on your own.
With us
Each phase under the roadmap’s fixed price, delivered working and with the code in your name. Hosting included while it stays on our cloud, and bugs in what we built always fixed.
On your own
You only pay for the audit. The roadmap is yours, and your own team or anyone you choose builds it.
With training
If your own team builds it, we train them phase by phase: what to build, how and with which tools.
- Prices exclude VAT.
- No minimum term: you pay month to month.
- Annual option: twelve months for the price of ten.
- Changes you don’t use in a month can be done the following month, but they don’t carry over any further.
- A small change is, for example, changing a field on a form; a medium one, a new report.
- Outside a plan, each change is quoted at a fixed price.
- Prices are updated once a year in line with the CPI.
- Bugs in what we have built are always fixed, with or without a plan, under the warranty in the General Terms and Conditions.
Let’s start by seeing if we’re a fit.
Eight questions and a call. Free, and we tell you what we think even if the answer is no.
It’s a call with the engineer who would lead the project, not with a salesperson.
