Can artificial intelligence be integrated into the ERP we already have?
Yes. Sanfeliu connects AI to the ERP a company already uses—SAP Business One, Sage, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, A3, or an in-house ERP—without replacing it or migrating data. The AI reads from and writes to the ERP through its API or its database, with the same permissions as a user, and is applied to a specific job: entering orders that arrive by email, answering questions about sales or inventory, alerting on incoming payments or deadlines, and keeping the warehouse, the online store, or the carrier in sync.

- Does it work with our ERP?

- Do we need to switch ERPs or migrate data?
- No. The AI connects to the ERP you already have and works with the data where it is. Nothing is migrated, and what already works stays untouched.
- How long does it take?
- A first feature—for example, entering the orders that arrive by email—is usually in production within a few weeks. The audit gives the timeline for each item before we start.
- Does the ERP data leave the company?
- Only what each task needs, sent to AI providers under enterprise agreements that don’t train on your data (Amazon Bedrock, Claude). The audit documents this, and your company’s legal notice can be adjusted to match.
