How we work

You see it working before you decide anything.

First we build, then we set a price. There are two paths, depending on the size of what you’re dealing with—one specific tool, or the whole business—and both start the same way: a conversation with no charge.

Two paths, one starting point

The first step is always the fit call. From there, it depends on whether what you have in hand is a tool or the whole business.

AOne specific tool

For a problem you can state in one sentence: an order configurator, a dashboard to accept orders, a website with bookings, an automation on top of one process.

  1. 1Fit: a call or a visit. No charge.
  2. 2A prototype with your data, in one to three days, before any price.
  3. 3A proposal with a fixed price per feature.
  4. 4A project in short phases, with a real delivery at the end of each one.
  5. 5Handover with the code in your name and the first month of changes included.
  6. 6Continuity: a plan with no minimum term (Base, Campaign or Evolution), or none.

BThe whole business

For companies that want to look at everything: where software, automation and AI can save hours, in what order, and what isn’t worth touching. AI in the ERP, integrations, more than one system involved.

  1. 1Fit: the same call. No charge.
  2. 2Business audit: paid fieldwork at your company.
  3. 3A phased roadmap with a fixed price for each phase. The roadmap is yours, whoever builds it.
  4. 4With us: each phase quoted and delivered working. On your own: you pay for the audit and nothing else, and we train your team if you want.
  5. 5Continuity: phase by phase, at the pace you decide.

The six steps, in detail

  1. 1

    Fit

    What happens
A call or a visit. You tell us what’s going on, not what you want us to program.
    What you get
The problem in one sentence, what you already have (ERP, POS, website, spreadsheets) and what must not change. Nothing gets quoted in the first conversation.
    How long
    The same day. No charge.
  2. 2

    Prototype before the price

    What happens
Instead of a document, we build a working demo with your real data and deploy it at a private URL. You try it, tell us what you think and we do another round.
    What you get
Your software, working. No price until you’ve seen it.
    How long
One to three days. No charge.

On path B—the whole business—this step is the audit: paid fieldwork that ends in a phased roadmap with a fixed price for each phase, which you can build with us or on your own. The prototype comes within the first phase. The audit

  3. 3

    Proposal with a fixed price

    What happens
A single document of eight or nine pages, with screenshots of your demo, not mockups. On path B, one proposal for each phase of the roadmap.
    What you get
A PDF with the fixed price per feature, the timeline and what’s not included.
    How long
After the prototype. Valid for 30 days.
  4. 4

    Project in phases

    What happens
Short phases with a real delivery at the end of each one, at a private URL. One round of changes per phase.
    What you get
You provide the content and access; we handle everything technical, testing with real data and a training session.
    How long
    Weeks.
  5. 5

    Handover

    What happens
A handover record listing what was delivered, with the performance and accessibility metrics.
    What you get
The code and the repository in your name, hosting included while the project stays on our cloud (and movable to your own account whenever you like), and the first month of minor changes.
    How long
    When it goes into production.
  6. 6

    Continuity

    What happens
For websites and tools, a plan with no minimum term, or none: you choose it, and you can change it. For an audit’s roadmap, the next phase, with us or on your own.
    What you get
Outside a plan, each change is quoted at a fixed price.
    How long
Month to month, or phase by phase.

What a Sanfeliu proposal looks like

A single document, always with the same structure, and with screenshots of your demo, not mockups.

A fixed price per feature, never by the hour.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. A cover page with the fixed price.
  2. The problem, in your own words.
  3. What we’ll do, and the list of what you get.
  4. What it looks like: screenshots of the demo, page by page, each with a caption that explains it.
  5. Scope and price: each feature with what it includes and its price, the total and the optional continuity plans.
  6. Timeline and how we work: weeks and phases, what you provide and what we provide, one round of changes per phase and what’s not included.
  7. Price and terms: base amount, VAT, withholding tax, total, payment method and validity.
  8. Contractual framework: which regime of the General Terms and Conditions applies, who owns the code, where the data is kept, and the signatures.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell hours.
  • We don’t set a price before you’ve seen it working.
  • We don’t tie you into minimum terms.
  • We don’t promise hosting “for life”: it’s included while the project is on our infrastructure, and you can move it whenever you like.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the code?
You do, once it’s paid for (Regime A). If the project is on a subscription (Regime B), the code belongs to Sanfeliu, and the domain is always yours. General Terms and Conditions
Can we build the audit’s roadmap on our own?
Yes. The roadmap is yours from the day you receive it, with the architecture and the fixed price of each phase. If your own team builds it, we can train them; if you’d rather we build part of it and you the rest, that works too.
What happens if Sanfeliu stops providing the service?
You have the code, the repository and the documentation. Hosting can be moved to your own account, and any change in hosting comes with 90 days’ notice.
How long does it take?
Websites and small tools, two to four weeks. Integrations and AI on the ERP, in phases, four to twelve weeks.
How do we pay?
Fixed price: in full when it goes into production, or per delivered phase. Plans, month to month.
Where is our data?
The project’s personal data, on servers in the European Union; the source code is kept on GitHub, with no personal data in it. Sanfeliu acts as data processor under Annex I of the General Terms and Conditions. General Terms and Conditions
What if we need something that isn’t in the plan?
It’s quoted at a fixed price per change, with no surprises.

Let’s start by seeing if we’re a fit.

Eight questions and a call. Free, and we tell you what we think even if the answer is no.

It’s a call with the engineer who would lead the project, not with a salesperson.
